Unfortunately, all too often advisors will sit in the "Property" or "Shares" camp exclusively. However, what Dane has discovered is that BOTH real estate and shares are important assets that can help clients meet their financial goals. Further, when share investors take the time to understand the property market it makes them a better share investor. And vice versa, when property investors educate themselves on the share market their investing will improve.
